Check off your seafood bucket list. Our Executive Chef can source and prepare virtually anything from the ocean—dream bigger than you’ve ever dared. Live whole 10-pound Alaskan king crabs. A5 Wagyu with butter-poached lobster. Bluefin toro progressions. Wild geoduck sashimi. Kona abalone. Mediterranean langoustines. If it swims and you’ve dreamed of trying it, we’ll make it happen.

Your personal Feast Curator will work with our Executive Chef to create your perfect seafood experience, sourcing the finest ingredients from around the globe with a full week to secure your dream items.

1. BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE – Initial Inquiry

Guest submits request form. After approval, $300 per person deposit secures their date.

2. CONSULTATION – Personalization

Our Feast Curator calls within 24 hours to discuss:

  • Dream seafood items (live king crab, exotic fish, rare preparations)
  • Budget range above the $599 minimum
  • Special occasion details
  • Dietary preferences
3. YOUR CUSTOM PROPOSAL – The Menu

Customized menu proposal sent within 48 hours with itemized pricing. Chef begins sourcing immediately upon approval.

4. THE FEAST – Your Night

Unhurried guided experience with dedicated captain, commemorative menu, and photography.

  • Minimum 1 week advance notice
  • 2 guest minimum
  • $300 per person non-refundable deposit
  • Final guest count confirmed 48 hours prior
  • $599 minimum per person (before tax, gratuity, beverages)
  • Final pricing based on selected items and preparations
  • Full payment due at conclusion of experience
  • 20% service charge automatically added
  • Subject to ingredient availability and seasonality
  • Some exotic requests may require notice beyond the 1-week minimum
  • Market pricing applies to premium and rare items
  • Chef reserves right to suggest alternatives for unavailable items
  • Maximum 2 NO LIMITS experiences per evening
  • 48+ hours notice: Deposit transfers to future date
  • Less than 48 hours: Deposit forfeited
  • No-shows forfeit entire estimated bill
