In 2012, we introduced NOVA to our family tradition of backyard Louisiana crawfish boils. Chasin’ Tails encouraged guests to put on the butcher paper and bibs to enjoy seafood with “no plates, no forks and no rules.” In 2023, we’re looking to change the NOVA seafood scene again with our daring Viet-Cajun menu that celebrates tradition!
We’re ecstatic to bring you our new Viet-Cajun menu. It’s an adventure in daring flavors, and we invite you to dive in with us. We believe that seafood should never be boring, but always as vast and worth exploring as the ocean itself.

Lobster Garlic Noodles

For our most loyal fans! By popular demand, we upgraded this timeless favorite 1.5 pound lobster delicately battered and fried then wok-tossed with onions and jalapenos and served atop our fresh garlic noodles.

Oyster Butter Blue Crabs

Maryland, halved and wok-tossed in oyster sauce, cajun infused butter, garlic and onions. Served 3 per order with jasmine rice.

Pineapple King Prawn

Australia, wok-tossed in a sweet, spicy pineapple chili-garlic sambal.

Cajun Fried Rice

Wok-fried rice with shrimp, crawfish tails and spicy Andouille sausage. A bold fusion of classic Asian culinary technique with cajun flavors.

The Nikki Tran Collaboration: Our Inspiration

Recently, we teamed up with the brilliant Viejun celebrity chef Nikki Tran. The pop-up event was a hit, inspiring us to head back to the kitchen. We let our creativity run wild and crafted new dishes like Pineapple-Sambal King Prawns and Maryland Blue Crabs.
