Meticulously crafted by our executive chef, this dish is a celebration of cultures, flavors, and traditions. We prepare these whole Orvia ducks by air drying them out, then lacquering them with honey and a peppercorn crust. Then we stuff them with our savory sticky rice, sweet sausage and organic quail eggs. Finally, the ducks are expertly roasted to golden perfection.

Sourced from La Belle Family Farms in NY, our Orvia Ducks are 100% naturally raised without steroids, hormones and antibiotics. They enjoy the freedom to roam in open-air coops yielding exceptional flavor and tenderness.
